1 in 4 people in the UK will be affected by Mental illness.

These days good employers are expected to provide a level of physical and mental health support. Over the last 20 years workplace counselling has grown, with large companies signing up to an Employers Assisted Program (EAP).

However, for the small and medium (SME) size companies this is not always a viable option, mainly because if you have fewer than 200, they do not fit the business model of EAP.  Leaving SME’s unsure where to turn when one of their valued employees needs more support than you can offer.
