Counselling for individuals and couples. Face-to-face in Telford Shropshire, and Online UK wide.
Talking Therapy - Counselling
A time and place to explore what is on your mind. We are all unique individuals, and no two problems are ever the same. Sometimes we need to talk through what is preventing us from living a happier life.
Counselling allows you to explore your own issues and concerns in a non-judgmental environment.
As a person-centred therapist and a member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I abide by the Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and the Ethical Guidelines for Researching Counselling and Psychotherapy.
A safe space to talk, be heard and move forward.

My Approach
I take a holistic, person-centred approach to counselling, recognising that you are more than the difficulties you may be experiencing.
Life, relationships, work, emotions, thoughts, and physical wellbeing are all connected, and sometimes we need space to see the bigger picture.
My core approach is person-centred counselling, which means I meet you where you are, rather than expecting you to fit into a particular model of therapy.
I offer a warm, genuine and accepting space where you can talk openly, without judgement, and at your own pace.
Alongside my person-centred foundation, I bring together elements of CBT, solution-focused therapy, breathwork, yoga and aromatherapy.
CBT can help you explore the connection between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, while solution-focused techniques can help you identify your strengths, recognise what is already working and consider the changes you would like to make.
I also believe in supporting the connection between mind and body. Breathwork, yoga and aromatherapy can provide additional ways of helping you slow down, reconnect with yourself, manage difficult emotions and become more aware.
For me, counselling is not about telling you what you should do. It is about creating a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can begin to understand yourself more deeply, recognise your own strengths and work towards becoming more comfortable with who you are and the life you want to live.
