Counselling Fees and Payment Terms
Session Fees
The session fee is the same whether you choose to meet face-to-face, via video or by telephone, so you can choose the option that feels the best fit for you.
Individual Counselling
£55.00 per 50-minute session
Couples Counselling
£75.00 per 50-minute session
£125.00 per 75-minute session
Payment Terms
Cash and BACS payments are accepted. Payment details will be provided upon booking.
A deposit is required within 24 hours of reserving an appointment.
For appointments booked within 48 hours, or during exceptionally busy periods, full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee.
Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 100% of the session fee.
