Face-to-Face Counselling
Face-to-face counselling is the most popular form of therapy I provide, with over 75% of my work carried out in person.
For me meeting in person allows for a deeper and more meaningful therapeutic experience.
Communication is made up of 3 parts, 7% is the words we use, 38% tone of voice, and 55% the is body language.
These 3 important elements of communication often provide valuable insight into how a person feels. Sometimes, it is the words that are ‘not’ said are the most significant. These are often the words that guild the work.
